Digital inclusion ensures equitable access to (and use of) information and communication technologies for participation in social and economic life, including but not limited to health, education, social services, work, commerce and community engagement. Digital inclusion delivers social impact by ensuring no-one is digitally excluded, be that from reliable internet connectivity, device accessibility or digital literacy.
